ello everyone, Terra and I are thrilled to be offering this exciting Legal workshop and are honored to have Carla Mathers providing it. As the workshop dates gets closer, we will be sending out periodic emails with information you will be needing. Please let us know if you need anything or have any questions. This email is to explain the pre-reading procedure and the requires for completing that portion of the workshop. As mentioned on the flyer, participants of the workshop are required to read all of the assigned pre-readings in order to earn the workshop CEUs. Since the readings are part of the workshop and partial CEUs are not approved for this activity, in order to earn CEUs for the workshop, the pre-readings must be completed. For each pre-reading (except the bibliograpghy) we have developed comprehension quizzes which will be used to document completion of the readings. In order to facilitate this process, we have set up an online activity on our website. Below are the step by step instructions for accessing the activity and completing the quizzes. Please follow these steps to set up a profile on the website. This profile is different that setting up a username in the shopping cart. lease let us know if you have any problems with any of the steps. 1. From the main website, click on the “Instructional Articles/Videos” tab2. In the upper, right-hand corner (very small) there is a link to login. Click “login”.3. You will need to register (this is just a onetime registration). Click on the New Account link.4. Once you have completed that registration, you will receive a confirmation email (this is sent within 1 minute of registering).5. Click on the link provided in the email, it will take you back to our website.6. Click on the “Instructional Article/Videos” tab, this will bring you to the list of all the courses.7. Choose the Brave New World course and click on it.8. At the bottom of the page you will see a place for an enrollment key; this is where you will type in B7p34125 case sensitive.9. From there the course will launch and you should be able to start the readings and post test. Once you have accessed the “course” you will see a list of activities. There are a total of 9 pre-reading documents and 8 quizzes. You should click on the first pre-reading and read it. Once you have completed the reading, click on the corresponding quiz. In order to receive CEU credit you need to make 80% or better. Don’t worry if you don’t get that score on the first try, you can retake it again after reviwing the pre-reading again. Once you have completed all the pre-readings and quizzes, that is all you have to do, we take it from there. Please let us know if you need any assistance or additional information.
