Linda K. Feathers, 58, Roaring Spring, died unexpectedly Sunday at Altoona Regional Health System, Altoona Hospital Campus.She was born in Roaring Spring, daughter of the late Irvin and Lillian (Kennedy) Feathers.
Surviving are two brothers: William Feathers and wife, Alice, of Roaring Spring and Jeff Feathers and wife, Kim, of Sarasota, Fla.; three nieces; and a nephew.Linda was a 1972 graduate of the Western Pennsylvania School for the Deaf. She previously had been employed at MeadWestvaco and Veeder-Root Co. She was of the Brethren faith and a member of the Central Pennsylvania Deaf Senior Citizens.Friends will be received from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 1, 2010, at Albright Church of the Brethren, 1245 Bloomfield Road, Roaring Spring, PA, (814-224-4945) where a funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. by the Rev.
