Participants can take advantage of the expertise of company representatives and AT consultants during scheduled sessions as well as informal interactions. Our exhibitors include leading manufacturers of products in the areas of augmentative/alternative communication, computer access, and sensory impairment, as well as tools for supporting students who struggle with reading and writing at all levels. Consultants from a variety of agencies will be on hand to answer questions and provide insight into AT products, including powerful solutions for increasing participation and academic achievement for students with disabilities. Presenters: Dori Anderson, M.S., CCC-SLP, PaTTAN Speech/Language Support Specialist, Educational Consultant; Susan Gill, M.Ed., PaTTAN Assistive Technology Specialist, Educational Consultant; Debby Holzapfel, M.Ed., PaTTAN Educational Consultant; Representatives from Companies Providing Augmentative/Alternative Communication and Assistive TechnologyCredit: Act 48 hours, ASHA, ACVREP, Infant-Toddler, and Paraprofessional Certificates of Attendance will be offered for presentations in whole hour increments. Credit will be offered for “attending” presentations in the Exhibit Hall (3:00 pm – 4:00 pm), but not for “visiting” the Exhibit Hall.Important Information Regarding ASHA CEUs:To earn ASHA CEUs, please note the following important information: ASHA has stopped using the Social Security Number on the ASHA CEU Participant Form.If you are a member of ASHA you will need to use your ASHA Membership Number.If you are not a member of ASHA, we recommend you participate in the ASHA Registry Service and use the ASHA Customer Number provided to you.
