POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT
Sign Language Interpreter Referral Service
Program Coordinator
Part-time approx. 20 hours per week. Coordinator needed for busy sign language interpreter referral service in non-profit organization. Duties include: program promotion and outreach, customer service to interpreters and businesses, Deaf and hard of hearing outreach, agency interpreting, and back-up and/or on-call scheduling services. Excellent verbal telephone skills and high degree of organization required. Experience with office software necessary. Experience as Qualified or Certified ASL interpreter, with college degree or business background required. Competitive salary with paid time off. Persons with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
