riends – It’s almost here! The Willard Suitcases Exhibit will be here in a few short weeks! You can read more about the exhibit in the attached documents. You can also visit our website at www.mhaac.net We hope that people will turn out from all over our community. All events are free and open to the public. We are still working to recruit dozens of volunteers to staff the exhibit from September 3 – 24, 2010, Tuesday – Saturday, 10 am – 4 pm and during evening events: two Tuesday night movies and three lectures on 9/9, 9/16 and 9/22. Many groups are volunteering as a team of 6 – 8 people. There are shifts each day of 10 am – 1 pm and 1 pm – 4 pm. It helps us enormously when groups volunteer as a team. Ms. Sequoia Green, here at MHA, is collecting names of volunteers. She can be reached at sgreen@mhaac.net or 412-661-7860, ext. 2000. There will be an orientation for volunteers at the Frick Fine Arts Building in Oakland on Monday, August 23, 2 pm – 4pm.
